We Can Help!
First and foremost, we would like to say "Thank you" for all the hard work you are putting into your trip to Loreto. It is hard enough to organize a trip for two, let alone a trip for 8-40 folks. Here at Sea and Land Tours we can help you organize day tours and transportation. This page aims to answer questions you or your guest may have regarding tours for groups here in Loreto BCS.
Why Tour With Us?
We are a legitimate Mexican-owned and operated business with which you can legally contract to manage tours for your travel groups. All vehicles (by sea or land) are permitted and insured. They are well maintained and have first aid kids and necessary emergency equipment.
We have plenty of equipment, vehicles and staff to accommodate large groups of divers, fisherman, campers, site-seers, etc. You name it we can probably host it.
If you are booking multiple tours, we can be flexible on which days we do our water activities to ensure we go on the best weather days.
Regarding start times, IF the weather is agreeable, we can start sooner or later depending on when your crew will be ready to go.
Regarding meals, we can accommodate folks with allergies and various dietary restrictions. Please communicate what they are ahead of time, and we'll see what we can do.
There are no VIP tours with Sea and Land because each one is a VIP tour. We are commited to the quality of each trip we offer.
We currently have a variety of traditional Mexican Pangas that can hold anywhere from 6 (suitable for private tours and fishing) to 14 folks. All boats are licensed to operate in the Loreto National Marine Park and carry Blue Whale watching permits. Vessels have met all safety requirements set by the Port Captain: life jackets, first aid kits, radio, and signal beacon. In addition, boats come with storage for personal gear, shade, live wells, ladders, and four-stroke engines.
We have pangas that can hold up to twelve divers designed with diving in mind. In addition, we hire captains specially trained to work with dive groups.
We operate four fifteen-passenger vans locally in Loreto and throughout Baja California Sur. In addition, we have Federally licensed vans and chauffeurs who can provide transfers to and from Airports and Marinas throughout the Mexican Republic. All vans are air-conditioned and carry a first aide kit, repair kit, and spare tire.
In addition to airport transport, everyday ground activities for groups are San Javier Mision Tour, Grey Whale Watching in Magdelena Bay, and, if you have an active crew, we lead hiking tours to the Cave Paintings of Canipole. In the Spring, we provide transport for groups to San Carlos and San Ignacio Town for folks staying at the Grey Whale camps.
All of our day tours include food, drinks, and necessary equipment. In addition, for large groups to Isla Coronados, we can arrange for a fish barbecue at the beach.
Not included: gratuity to captain or guide and alcohol (beers can be arranged for). We can assist with purchasing Marine park passes however, these need to be paid for separately in cash.
