LORETO BAJA DIVING
Yes we have boats designed with diving in mind. We have pangas that can hold anywhere from 2-12 divers. Perfect for families and dive groups or small private tours.
If it has been over a year since you last dove we highly recomend a refresh course. Especially if it is your first dive since being certified. More information on the PADI refresh course here
Yes we do. If you would like to dive Isla Coronados or Isla Carmen North, we can provide a shuttle to and from town. You can select this service in the booking form.
It’s never 100% safe to swim with wild animals however we’ve never had an incident during our tours. Of course we keep a safe distance from their rocks and don’t try to pet them. Its wonderful to snorkel near their colony and watch them zoom by and play with eachother.
While we can find amazing creatures and have good dives year round, the ideal time for most folks is August-November. This is when the water is warm (80-85 F) and you can look far into clear blue sea.
Yes you can. When you make your booking, please select “beach pick-up” for your reservation. If we have other sign ups the same day, we’ll waive the pick-up fee.

Year-round, there’s always something to see. August-October, we have peak visibility of up to 100+ feet. Nov-Jan is when the North winds blow so be sure to have flexible days available. May-June is excellent for invertebrates. Are you here Feb-March? We can still do tours, but please understand that the water is cold and very murky during these months.
